7:00 pm – Board of Directors met prior to the general membership meeting. These are the list of issues that were discussed:

7:30 pm – Meeting was called to order – Mike C. asked the vets present to lead us in the Pledge of Allegiance & Conservation pledge

Introduction of Officers: Stephen Gustkey- Pistol, John Hiser-Treasurer, Mike Cumberland-President, Brian Jesteadt- Membership, Mike Ripley- Jr. Rifle/Black Powder, Tom Horstman- Trap

Treasurer’s Report: John read treasurer’s report.

Bills and Communications: $49 was paid to cover stamps. $55.63 was paid for mower gas and propane.

Pop: Steve turned in $6.

Rental Committee Report: Nov. 4th was a hall rental. SRU will be having a night shoot on Nov. 14th.

Pistol Team: Pistol team took in $198 and kept $60. Steve turned $138. The pistol team shoots on Thursdays from 5 PM till dark. 22 cal. & Centerfire 32, 38, & 45 cal. All welcome to come practice.

Trap Team: Trap practice took in $265 and kept $34.59. Tom turned in $80.71. Winter trap league has started. Still accepting people to shoot. Contact Tom with any questions. Practice can still be shot on Sundays during the winter league from 1-5pm for $3.50 per 25 targets. Open to general public, club members, and new shooters.

Black Powder: Mike reported nothing to turn in this month. 2nd Sunday of each month is still a meat shoot.

Junior Rifle Team: Mike announced that Junior rifle has started again. Shooting will be moved back to 1st and 3rd Tuesday’s from 6:30 to 8:00 pm.

Archery: Still looking for any members willing to join together to make a team to practice.

Fun Indoor Shoot: Dickie turned in $150. Dickie said it is 10 rounds for $10. They will be shooting every Monday @ 1 pm. Everyone is welcome. Open sights with .22 caliber rifles from a rested position. Closest to bullseye wins a prize.

Membership: Brian read new memberships and collected $1930 of which $190 to maintenance fund and $1840 to the general fund. $40 was turned in for key cards. He reported 117 new members for 2017 which brings a total of 458 Sr, Life and Charter members. Total membership is 640.

Old Business: Trap team is going to put OSB on the inside walls of the trap building. Will just paint them at some point.

New Business: It has been decided that no refunds from hall rentals will be issued until the following monthly meeting. Rich Hoover asked that the cleaning lady gets a raise. The club presented Rich Hoover with a gift card for all the work he does around the club. (For those who don’t know Rich, he is the guy who donates his time to cut the grass and clean up around the club.) THANK YOU, Rich!!!!!!! If enough interest is shown there will be a New Year’s Eve party at the club from 7pm till whenever. Please RSVP to Tom Horstman or any team leader if interested in attending.
